"I recently, after more than 22 years of dealing with Allstate, reached the breaking point and I could not take it any more. I have owed up to 6 cars/trucks, 1 home, and 3 rentals all at one time and all have been with Allstate. Over 22 years with 4 claims on cars, 2 with a deer involvement (not the same one) and one roof claim for under $1000. But in 2024, the 40% plus price percent increase on my vehicle insurance total, with one 2007 being an increase of 140%, I had to give up. The hassle of shopping for insurance and the flood gates that open for agency calls was enough reason to stay with Allstate in the past, but not now. I went shopping for insurance and while there were a lot of companies to choose, none, and I repeat, none, could cover and address all of my insurable items. That was true until a contacted the Sean Perren State Farm Insurance Agency. Danielle Bonicelli, my new State Farm Agent, returned my call immediately and listened to my needs. She went to work on exactly what I was wanting and needing. We had a few days of back and forth communications and she had me quotes and savings back well before any of the other companies like Progressive, Liberty, Geico and American Family gave me a response, let alone a quote. I can say that Danielle and the Agency provided exactly what I needed, making the experience of changing over insurance coverage to another company, simple, easy and painless and certainly not to forget, a money saving change! Even the property changes went on without a hitch. I am confident that I will be a State Farm customer for the next 20, but they owe that to responsive, caring professional like Danielle that made it all happen! Thanks Alan Woll"

"Started off great. Then started gttn texts 2 weeks after making a payment saying my payment was due. I call and can't talk to who I want. I've had 0 ticket in yrs but my price on 2 paid off cars that are both 15+ old cars keeps climbing. And don't pay for the roadside service sh$+ if you use it, it cancels. What do you?
