ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sean Perren - State Farm Agent, you will successfully offer products and services to help customers manage the risks of everyday life. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
